  • BOURBON is always welcoming new guests looking for gray coverage & highlighting services!

  • Currently, a la carte services including haircuts, are exclusively offered to established guests. First time BOURBON guests are offered New Client Packages & can schedule hair cuts and other stand alone appointments after their first visit.

  • Credit card information is required to secure your appointment & will be safely collected & stored with Square. Charges will only occur if Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Late Arrival Fees apply (please see policies below).

  • 2 hour parking is available along Broadway in front of the salon or directly across the street. Parking time on Vassar & Yale is unlimited.

  • Nope! Blowouts are complimentary with all services priced $77 or more.

  • For your convenience, BOURBON accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, & cash.

  • Only scheduled guests are allowed into the salon. A child or person with special needs who is receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian, or caretaker.

  • Face coverings are optional for guests. Your stylist will happily wear a mask that covers their mouth & nose upon request.

Policies

  • 24 hours advanced notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.

  • Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.

  • I want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions, simply email bourbonsalon@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct any reasonable issue, at no additional charge.

    Please be aware that in the event you choose to have your cut, color, or hair extensions adjusted or altered by anyone other than Michelle Austin, the Service Adjustment Policy is null & void and service costs will apply.

  • Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let’s find something better! To initiate a product exchange at full credit, simply email me at bournbonsalon@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.

    Hair extension purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

  • BOURBON Hair Color & Design does not offer refunds on services or products. Per manufacturer's & salon policies, all hair extension sales are final and not refundable.
